Pre-Order Policy — Therava™

Thank you for supporting the launch of the Therava™ Hands-Free Massager. Because this product is offered on a pre-order basis, please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing a pre-order on miyva.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. What "Pre-Order" Means

A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that has not yet shipped. Your order reserves a unit from our first available production run. Pre-order items are clearly labeled as "Pre-Order" on the product page, in your cart, and at checkout.

2. Payment

Your payment method is charged in full at the time you place your order, not at the time of shipment. This secures your unit and place in the fulfillment queue.

3. Estimated Shipping Timeline

Current estimated ship window: [on or before October 15, 2026"].

This date is an estimate based on our current production schedule. It is displayed on the product page and at checkout at the time of your purchase. The estimate that applied when you placed your order governs your order.

4. Delays

Manufacturing and international logistics can occasionally cause delays. If we are unable to ship your order by the estimated date shown at the time of purchase, we will:

Notify you by email with a revised shipping estimate; and
Offer you the choice to either (a) keep your order with the revised date, or (b) cancel for a full and prompt refund to your original payment method.

If you do not respond to a delay notice, your order will remain active under the revised estimate. You may still cancel at any time before shipment (see Section 5).

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships. To cancel, email [helpme@miyva.com] with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it becomes eligible for return under our standard Return Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds After Delivery

Pre-order items are covered by the same return policy as all other Miyva products: [30]-day returns from the date of delivery. See our full Refund Policy for details and exclusions.

7. Order Changes

Shipping address changes can be made any time before shipment by contacting [helpme@miyva.com]. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an outdated address if no change request was received before dispatch.

8. Product Appearance & Specifications

Product images and renderings shown on pre-order listings represent the intended final product. Minor refinements to color, finish, packaging, or non-essential specifications may occur between pre-order and delivery. If a material change is made to the product's core function, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

9. Pricing

Pre-order pricing is promotional and applies only to orders placed during the pre-order window. Prices may increase once the product is in stock. Pre-order discounts cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers unless stated.

10. Chargebacks

Because pre-orders involve a disclosed shipping timeline that you agree to at checkout, we ask that you contact us at [helpme@miyva.com] before initiating a payment dispute. We resolve virtually all issues directly — including full refunds where appropriate — faster than the chargeback process.

11. General Product Disclaimer

The Therava™ Hands-Free Massager is a personal wellness and relaxation device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use an implanted electronic device (e.g., a pacemaker).
